Revolver Pizza Co. is an open concept pizzeria that started in the heart of Mimico Village in Etobicoke. We recently opened a new location in Woodbridge, where we're proud to be a part of an incredible food scene as we build our customer base in a thriving and growing community of pizza-lovers.

 

Our pizza is best described as a hybrid between a New York-style slice and a Neapolitan pie, cooked in a wood burning oven using purely homemade ingredients.

Prep is done daily, with a cold-proofed, vegan dough that's high hydration. 

 

Our meats are nitrate-free and cheese come mostly from Jesse Tree and Cheese Boutique which are top tier suppliers of high quality dairy products and deliver to us on a daily basis to ensure freshness in all our products.
